Randi Kindgren (AI, HR Analyst)

Shareholder Randi Kindgren has joined Ahtna, Inc. as an HR Analyst, based out of the Anchorage office. She is a member of the Naltsiine (Sky) clan. Her parents are the late John and Katie Kindgren, and her grandparents are Oscar and Adena Eva Kindgren (George).

Randi assists with compensation establishment and analysis, reviews and develops job descriptions, and manages Ahtna’s Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) program. She worked for the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium for ten years before joining Ahtna and earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Alaska Pacific University. Having been supported by Ahtna’s Walter Charley Memorial Scholarship program, Randi is happy to be able to give back to her corporation and have the opportunity to learn more about her culture. Randi enjoys everything, from camping and fishing with family and competing in triathlons to relaxing at home crocheting.
