
Brenda Rebne Udzisyu (Caribou)

An Ahtna shareholder, Brenda Rebne is a tribal member of the Native Village of Cantwell. She began her professional career with Ahtna in 1999 as Village Tourism Coordinator and has grown with the company. Brenda was appointed as President of AFSI in2010 and is currently President of six Ahtna subsidiaries.
For 6 years Brenda served on the State of Alaska’s Big Game Commercial Services Board representing large landowners, a role that was appointed by the Governor. Brenda’s past community involvement includes service on the board of the Alaska Federation of Natives, Cantwell Successor Village Organization, Copper River Native Association, Copper River Basin Regional Housing Authority, Alaska Inter-Tribal Council, Copper Valley Economic Development Council, and State-Tribal Relations Team.

Tim Finnigan
President, Ahtna Environmental, Inc., Ahtna Global, LLC, and Ahtna Infrastructure & Technologies, LLC
Tim is a second generation Alaskan construction worker with over 45 years of experience in the construction and environmental industry. Tim brings over 22 years of executive management experience to the Ahtna leadership team. He has focused his career in the field of federal government contracting and has spent the last 22 years leading large scale and logistically challenging construction projects.
Known for his ambitious and innovative character, Tim has helped to define Ahtna as an industry leader for construction and environmental services in Alaska and beyond. Prior to joining Ahtna, Tim held senior management roles with Bethel Native Corporation. Tim also serves as the Vice President of Ahtna Engineering Services, LLC and Ahtna Solutions, LLC.

David O’Donnell
President, Ahtna Construction & Primary Products Company, LLC and A.A.A. Valley Gravel, LLC
Dave O’Donnell has 30 years of experience in the field of heavy industrial and civil construction. A lifelong Alaskan, Dave has dedicated his career to leading major infrastructure projects throughout Alaska and the lower 48 states. He brings a unique understanding of oil field applications and natural resource development to the Ahtna leadership team.
Dave has previously held executive positions with Alaska Native Corporations and understands the importance of building sustainable operating companies and delivering value to shareholders.
His goal is to strengthen Ahtna’s Alyeska pipeline relationship and expand on the opportunities that exist both in and out of the Ahtna region.

Craig O’Rourke
President, Ahtna Government Services Corporation, Ahtna Design-Build, Inc., and Ahtna Marine & Construction Company, LLC
Craig has over 20 years of management experience in the construction and environmental site remediation industries. Prior to his promotion to President of AGSC, he served as Vice President and Chief Operations Officer and was responsible for developing new business, managing operations, and overseeing both domestic and international contracts for various government and commercial entities. Craig has extensive experience with SBA’s 8(a) program and has originated and served as manager for multiple Ahtna joint ventures.
Before joining Ahtna in 2011, Craig was a principal and director at Terracon Consultants, a nationwide geotechnical, construction materials testing, and environmental services company. Craig also held previous management positions with Foster Wheeler Environmental, Tetra Tech, ARCADIS, and the California EPA. Craig is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and has a Master of Science in Environmental Studies from California State University, Fullerton. Craig is also active in the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and is on the Board of Directors for the SAME Orange County, California Post.
