
Brenda Rebne Udzisyu (Caribou)

An Ahtna shareholder, Brenda Rebne is a tribal member of the Native Village of Cantwell. She began her professional career with Ahtna in 1999 as Village Tourism Coordinator and has grown with the company. Brenda was appointed as President of AFSI in2010 and is currently President of six Ahtna subsidiaries.
For 6 years Brenda served on the State of Alaska’s Big Game Commercial Services Board representing large landowners, a role that was appointed by the Governor. Brenda’s past community involvement includes service on the board of the Alaska Federation of Natives, Cantwell Successor Village Organization, Copper River Native Association, Copper River Basin Regional Housing Authority, Alaska Inter-Tribal Council, Copper Valley Economic Development Council, and State-Tribal Relations Team.

Robert Harris
Interim President, Ahtna Engineering Services, LLC, Ahtna Environmental, Inc., Ahtna Global, LLC, Ahtna Infrastructure & Technologies, LLC, Ahtna Solutions, LLC, Ahtna Government Services Corporation, and Ahtna Design-Build, Inc.
Robert Harris serves as Interim President of the subsidiaries under the Ahtna Diversified Holdings umbrella. An Ahtna shareholder and valued member of the community, Robert brings a deep commitment to the advancement and lasting success of Ahtna.
Born in Glennallen, but raised in Anchorage and the family homestead in North Kenai, Robert’s roots are deeply embedded in hard work and community values.
His extensive career spans various leadership roles, including managing a startup energy services company and overseeing critical Municipality of Anchorage departments as Chief Fiscal Officer. Robert’s background in engineering further complements his robust expertise. He previously managed teams in the development of electric power generation facilities.
His educational credentials include two bachelor’s degrees from MIT in economics and electrical engineering and master’s degrees in business administration and electrical engineering from the University of Washington.

David O’Donnell
President, Ahtna Construction & Primary Products Company, LLC, A.A.A. Valley Gravel, LLC, and Ahtna Marine & Construction Company, LLCDave O’Donnell has 30 years of experience in the field of heavy industrial and civil construction. A lifelong Alaskan, Dave has dedicated his career to leading major infrastructure projects throughout Alaska and the lower 48 states. He brings a unique understanding of oil field applications and natural resource development to the Ahtna leadership team.
Dave has previously held executive positions with Alaska Native Corporations and understands the importance of building sustainable operating companies and delivering value to shareholders.
His goal is to strengthen Ahtna’s Alyeska pipeline relationship and expand on the opportunities that exist both in and out of the Ahtna region.

Jason McCart
President, Ahtna Support & Training Services, LLC and Ahtna Logistics, LLC
Jason McCart has 18 years of experience working for Alaska Native Corporations, primarily in the fields of business development, operations and logistics management, military training, and executive leadership. As interim president, he is responsible for the growth, operations management, and financial and overall performance of Ahtna Support & Training Services, LLC and Ahtna Logistics, LLC. Jason appreciates the opportunity to do important work for the safety of our country, while simultaneously providing enrichment opportunities for Ahtna’s shareholders.
Jason is a graduate of the University of La Verne, where he earned his Master’s in Business Organizational Management. In his free time, he has enjoyed serving as a long-time volunteer baseball coach, supporting Little Leagues, club teams, high school, and American Legion programs.

Ali Tabatabai
President, Link Technologies, Inc.
Ali Tabatabai brings over 40 years of experience supporting both federal and private sector clients, including the Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Department of Justice (DoJ), Department of Defense (DoD), and various national laboratories.
He has held progressive positions at Battelle Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) and served as a fellow with the NRC Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS). Ali holds a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics.
Currently, Ali leads and supports a wide range of technical programs, including those related to national security, nonproliferation, nuclear facility design and construction, nuclear safety, risk management, Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H), and data analytics.
