In 2023, the Trustees of Ahtna Hwt’aene (People’s) Trust agreed to provide two dividend distributions per year. The Trustees have declared the Spring Shareholder dividend distribution for the year of $6 per share. The distribution will be made to all shareholders of record as of May 2, 2025. The Spring distribution will be made entirely from the investment earnings of the Ahtna Hwt’aene (People’s) Trust.

Distributions are scheduled to be direct deposited on May 16, 2025. On average, direct deposits usually take one to three business days to clear. Checks will be mailed on May 29, 2025 and received a few days later per regular mail delivery. The deadline for direct deposit and address updates for the Spring Dividend Distribution is May 2, 2025.

The Shareholder distributions are non-taxable to the Shareholders.
