- Closure of the confined disposal facility (CDF), an approximate 12- acre cell containing contaminated sediment dredged from Keswick Reservoir in 2009 and 2010.
- Site facilities, subgrade preparation, excavation of select material, placing embankment, and drainage utilities necessary for closure of the CDF.
- Excavation, transportation, and placement of approximately 3,000 cubic yards of contaminated sediment from the Spring Creek Debris Dam (SCDD) outlet and spillway located below the CDF.
- Dust control at all access roads.
- Storm Water Best Management Practices (BMP).
