Do you have a comment or question you would like shared at the Ahtna Annual Meeting of shareholders? Submit a video of yourself with a question or comment and it could be selected to be played and answered at this year’s Annual Meeting.

Video Submission Deadline: Friday, May 17, 2024

Video guidelines:
- Maximum video length 2 minutes
- Video size must be under 200 MB
- File formats accepted: mp4, avi, mkv, webm, m4v, mov, mpv, mpg, m4p, wmv
- Only high-quality videos will be considered
- The video must be appropriate for public viewing
- Submissions will be reviewed and selected at our discretion*
*Due to time constraints, not all questions submitted will be selected to be played at the Annual Meeting. We ask that questions and comments be respectful and refrain from personal attacks on our shareholders, employees, and our Board of Directors. Any videos containing inappropriate language or inaccurate information will not be considered.

Media Release: I, and everyone appearing in my video/submission, hereby grants to Ahtna, Inc. and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish, free of charge, videos of me/us and my/our submission, for the Ahtna annual meeting of shareholders (and other future events or projects), to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I/we hereby release Ahtna, Inc., and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to my/our video/submission.
